1. You'll receive a confirmation
Once your booking is submitted and confirmed, our team will then reach out via call or text to schedule an appointment time that works best for you.
2. We Start With Your Goals
You’ll share what’s been on your mind, what you’ve already tried and what result you’re actually hoping for. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
3. We Assess Your Concerns
Before any recommendation is made, Becky takes a proper look. Your skin or body area, your treatment history, your comfort level and anything else relevant to your situation are all considered.
4. We Offer Personalised Recommendations
If there’s a treatment that fits, Becky will explain what it is, how it works and why it makes sense for you. If there are a few options worth considering, she’ll walk you through the differences clearly.
5. We Cover the Practical Details
This is where you can ask anything. Treatment timing, number of sessions, what to expect during and after, pricing and whether a financing plan through Cherry makes sense for your situation.
6. You Decide Your Next Step
There’s no pressure to commit on the day. You can book your first session before you leave if you’re ready, or take everything home and come back when you are.

Questions About Booking
Yes. There’s no charge and no obligation attached to it. You’re not being booked into a treatment when you schedule a consultation. You’re having a conversation.
Nothing specific. If your concern is skin-related, it helps to arrive with clean skin so we can assess it properly, but it’s not required. Just come in as you normally would.
Most consultations run around 30 minutes, though we’ll take as long as the conversation needs. There’s no clock being watched.
No. We’ll give you an honest recommendation and leave the decision entirely with you. If you’d prefer to take the information home and think it over, that’s completely fine.
That’s the most common reason people come in. You don’t need to arrive with a specific treatment in mind. Bring your concern, your questions and your goals. The consultation is specifically designed to figure out the rest.
We’ll tell you. If something isn’t suitable for your skin tone, skin type or health history, she’ll say so clearly. And if there’s a better option, she’ll point you toward it.
Most treatments at FaBesthetics are suitable for all skin tones. Some laser treatments have skin tone considerations that we’ll go through with you during your consultation to confirm what’s safe and appropriate for your skin.
