What It Can Help With
Different wavelengths of light target different concerns. We'll assess your skin and select the setting that's best matched to what you're looking to improve.
Acne and Breakout-Prone Skin
Blue light targets the bacteria responsible for acne breakouts, helping to reduce inflammation and the frequency of new breakouts over time.
Fine Lines and Wrinkles
Red light penetrates deeper into the skin to support collagen production and encourage cell renewal, which can soften the look of fine lines over time.
Redness and Inflammation
Red light has a calming effect on the skin and can help reduce visible redness and inflammation, making it a good option for reactive or sensitive skin.
Pigmentation and Uneven Tone
Regular LED sessions can help support more even skin cell turnover, which over time may improve the appearance of uneven tone and areas of mild pigmentation.
Acne Scarring
By supporting collagen remodelling and reducing inflammation in the skin, LED therapy can help improve the appearance of acne scarring with consistent treatment.
Skin Texture and Overall Radiance
Collagen production and improved cell renewal contribute to skin that looks and feels smoother, firmer and more radiant over time.
Ideal For: All skin tones & types

LED Therapy works best as a course of sessions. Your consultation will help us determine the right frequency and number of sessions for your skin and goals.
Talk It Through With Becky1. Skin is cleansed and assessed
After your consultation has helped determine the right approach, the session begins with clean skin and prep for the selected LED setting.
2. The LED treatment begins
The mask is positioned comfortably over the face and neck. The session is completely painless, and most clients find it deeply relaxing.
3. Light works at a cellular level
Different wavelengths penetrate to different depths. Red light reaches the dermis to support collagen production. Blue light works on the surface to target acne-causing bacteria.
4. Skin is left calmer, fresher, and supported over time
The treatment helps support skin healing, renewal, and overall balance, with the best results usually building over a series of sessions.
What to Know Before and After
Before Your Treatment
Come in with clean skin, free of makeup and SPF
Let us know at your consultation about any medications you're currently taking, particularly photosensitising medications such as isotretinoin or certain antibiotics.
Let us know about any skin conditions, sensitivities or recent treatments.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure in the days leading up to your session.
After Your Treatment
There is usually no downtime, so most clients return to normal activity straight away.
Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher every day. Your skin may be slightly more sun-sensitive post-treatment, and daily SPF will directly support your results.
Avoid intense heat including saunas and vigorous exercise for 24 hours after your session.
Depending on your skin and treatment plan, we may recommend pairing LED Therapy with other treatments for better overall results.

I absolutely love FaBesthetics! From my first appointment with Becky I have felt comfortable, confident, and amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I have done laser hair removal treatments and most recently a Dermaplaning Facial. Everything is very clean and the environment is very relaxing and soothing! My skin feels absolutely amazing and clear and I actually have been able to leave the house without makeup, I haven't had the confidence to do that in over 20 years. I highly recommended Becky - she is absolutely amazing ❤️

Best spa I've encountered, her lasers and facials actually show fabulous results unlike other places! She knows her stuff. And she makes you feel so comfortable, like an old pal. I can't get enough of going there; it's not only fun but I look better and better every treatment. Prices are totally competitive!
